How to request a wipe
Option A (Instant) — In the App
- Open the Huntly app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm account deletion.
Option B — Via Email
Write an email to infos@gethuntly.eu with the subject: Huntly Account Deletion Request
Be sure to email us from the exact address you registered your account with.
What gets deleted
- Identity: email, username, and profile.
- History: saved offers, shopping lists, XP progress.
- Loyalty cards.
What temporarily remains
- Technical crash logs caught in rotating secure backups.
- Aggregated analytics (e.g. "1 user visited this store").
Timeline: Live databases are scrubbed instantly. Deep secure backups age out after 90 days.
Warning: This is irreversible. Your account cannot be restored.
